OUR STORY
Vida is a best-in-class multifamily, single-family (BTR), and mixed-use property development sponsor, known for innovation, quality, and stewardship of the communities we work in. Our company is headquartered in Atlanta, and is active throughout the Southeast.
The principals at Vida have a combined 38 years of experience, and have developed over 15,000 units, representing $3B of institutional multifamily and mixed-use real estate. Our partners include institutional investors, private equity funds and high net worth direct investors.

Vida also sponsors the Vida Opportunities Fund series, allowing accredited investors to place equity in our development platform. The Funds are open to qualified investors, registered investment advisors and broker-dealers, and accept Roth IRA conversions.
