Joe is the President of Vida Companies and a Partner in Vida Development. Vida leads multifamily, single-family for-sale and rental (BFR/BTR), and mixed-use development projects from site acquisition and entitlements, through financing, design and construction, to delivery and stabilization.

Joe has over eighteen years of experience in developing over 7,000 housing units totaling over $1.7B in total capitalization, along with large-scale retail and office projects. He holds an MDES in Real Estate from Harvard University, an MBA from Georgia State University, and a BA in Architecture from UNC Charlotte.

Bruce is a Partner in Vida Development with over 20 years’ experience in the real estate arena. He is also a managing partner at Gallery Residential, an emerging apartment management platform. Over his career, Bruce has gained experience in many real estate product types including Multifamily, Mixed-use, Office and Medical Office. Most recently, Bruce spent 12 years as CFO of a large national multifamily operator where he helped grow the platform from 1,000 units to over 100,000 units under management. He was also a key individual responsible for day-to-day oversight of company operations and capital markets, including the development and acquisition of over 100 projects representing approximately $6 Billion in investments.

Bruce graduated with a Bachelor’s of Accounting Science from the University of South Africa and is a Certified Public Accountant. Over his Career he has been active in many professional and real estate organizations including, AICPA, ULI, NAIOP, REIAC and NMHC.

Charlie is a Partner in Vida Development and has overseen over $140 million in urban infill projects in the Atlanta metro market.  These projects have consisted of single family and townhome for-sale products, as well as mixed-use projects.

Before his new construction ventures, Charlie led a contracting business for 20 years delivering value-add multifamily renovations. Outside of work, Charlie spends time with his four kids, and dreams of having more time for golf. Charlie is a proud alum of the University of Florida.

Trevor is a Director of Development for Vida Development. Trevor has five years of experience in developing 800 units totaling in $250 million in capitalization.. Trevor oversees all stages of the development process, from financial underwriting and pre-development design, through construction and disposition

 

Trevor has a bachelor of science degree from Florida State University and a Master of Real Estate Development Degree from Clemson University. Trevor is an active member in Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group, Atlanta Young Real Estate Professionals, and the Atlanta Young Multifamily Professionals.
